Employee Assistance Programs (EAP’s)
EAP’s are programs designed to help identify and resolve employees’ personal problems that may be adversely affecting their well-being or job performance.

Employee theft, violence in the workplace, employee turnover, substance abuse, wrongful termination and other negative behaviors present enormous challenges to employers. Psychological Testing
A service to employers in which we provide psychological screening of job candidates

School Consultation
We place mental health professionals in schools to provide student and family counseling services, therapy services to special education students, and a variety of other specially tailored programs to meet school and student needs.

Head Start Consultation
We provide mental health consultation to the children, parents and staff of Head Start and Early Head Start, conduct behavioral/developmental screenings and serve as a resource for techniques regarding children with atypical behavior or development.

Guardianship Assessments
We provide a comprehensive assessment and make recommendations regarding the need for a guardian for clients of the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities.
