Family Therapist

Chief Information Officer

We are seeking a seasoned C IO who shares our commitment to excellence and mission-driven focus. The CIO is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to technology operations, ensuring our strategic business and technology objectives are attained. This position will establish our technology vision and lead all aspects of the organization’s technology development.  Qualifications:

  • University degree in the field of computer science or business administration. Master’s degree in one these fields preferred.  Documented and successful IT experience may be substituted for a formal degree.
  • Five (5) years experience managing and/or directing an IT operation.
  • Ten (10) years experience working in the IT and/or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.  Experience with healthcare operations a plus.
  • Experience with the entire cycle of software and systems deployment from business requirements analysis through development, implementation and day-to-day management.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Superior understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT, including HIPAA.
  • Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proven leadership ability.
 

 The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Familiarity with desktop, notebook, handheld, and server computer hardware 
  • Familiarity with local and wide area network design, implementation, and operation
  • Knowledge of various office productivity software programs including practice management and electronic health records systems.
  • Familiarity with various computer peripherals such as printers, monitors, modems and other equipment
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Meaningful Use reporting requirements
  • Understanding and working knowledge of HIPAA security requirements
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills and effective presentation skills
  • Ability to self-motivate, cooperate, remain flexible and demonstrate creativity

Fee for Service Clinicians

Currently seeking Licensed Social Workers (LSWs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs), and Licensed Professional Counselors(LPCs) to perform intakes and provide therapy to individuals, groups, families, and couples in our Outpatient Department, on a fee for service basis.  Experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and treatment of eating disorders helpful, but not required. Experience working with diverse populations in a community setting a plus.  Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus.  Competitive salary and flexible schedule.
