Outpatient Therapy for Adults

Medication Evaluation and Management
Accurate medication dosing plays a significant role in attaining mental wellness. PBHG provides medication evaluation and monitoring services for adults seeking management of psychotropic medication. Our experienced providers work closely with each individual to ensure safe and effective treatment, addressing any concerns or side effects that may arise.
Adult Partial Care
Our Primetime and Interact programs offer comprehensive treatment services, including group counseling, case management, and medication monitoring for individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Support Services
With trauma-informed, community-based treatment services, Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Support Services (IOTSS) offers hope and guidance for lasting recovery, including individual and group therapy, medication management, case management, and community linkages.
Residential Group Homes
Our group homes offer a safe and supportive living environment. They are a community-based alternative to psychiatric institutions and provide structured and supervised support for individuals with severe mental illness.
Community Support Services
The program's case management, assessment, and rehabilitative skills training services empower individuals to take control of their lives and improve their overall well-being.
Integrated Case Management Services
ICMS provides intensive and proactive outreach services to individuals who are being discharged from psychiatric hospitals and need ongoing assistance in accessing community support resources to ensure a smooth transition.
Justice Involved Services
Individuals who are dealing with severe mental health issues may end up interacting with law enforcement and face various consequences as a result. Our Justice Involved Services (JIS) program helps to break the cycle of detention, repeated detention, and incarceration that individuals with severe mental health issues often experience. The program offers support and resources to help them reintegrate into their community successfully.
Supported Employment
Individuals with mental health issues can find it difficult to secure gainful employment. Supported Employment assists adults with mental or behavioral health issues to overcome employment barriers and find and maintain competitive jobs.
LEARN Supported Education
Adults dealing with behavioral or mental health issues may face challenges when it comes to finding and maintaining employment. The Supported Employment program is designed to provide a support system consisting of a team of professionals who offer job hunting assistance and ongoing aid to ensure successful job placement and retention.
Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness
PATH provides supportive services to mentally ill and homeless adults in northern Ocean County, helping them get access to housing, mental health treatment, and other necessary resources.
