Clinician – In Home Recovery Program

Summary: IHRP Clinicians are responsible for providing weekly in-home therapeutic services that incorporate both parent-child interventions to facilitate positive bonding and interactions and optimal child development and substance use treatment through a trauma-informed lens for clients in the DCP&P system.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Conduct toxicology screens and breathalyzers at each session with clients
  • Rotate an on-call schedule with other clinician and program director
  •  Some evening hours required
  • Complete assessments for both parent-child and substance use components of program

  • Time Management Skills
  • Demonstrates empathy and compassion
  • Trauma-informed

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field,
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience
  • Substance Use Disorder knowledge
  • LPC, LAC, LSW, LCSW license required
