Our dedicated staff will even take care of the insurance claim processing on your behalf, so you can fully focus on your journey without any added stress. What are payment options?

We accept AMEX, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. Checks should be payable to:  Preferred Behavioral Health Group and mailed to Preferred Behavioral Health Group, PO Box 2036, Lakewood, NJ 08701, Attention: Billing

What if I have no insurance or ability to pay?

Please call us at 732-367-4700 x8590. We have access to grant funding that you may be eligible for.
