Program Data & Marketing Specialists-Student Support Services

Job Summary: Responsible for collecting, reporting, and maintaining program data, assisting with, and carrying out, marketing initiatives for community events, website, and social media platforms. There are 2 positions in this role; one based in Eatontown for Monmouth County services and one in Barnegat for Ocean County services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting, reporting, and maintaining program data for entry into the required Department of Children and Families (DCF) data portal.
  • Assists and carries out marketing initiatives for community events, on the dedicated website and on social media platforms.       
  • Assists in creating program materials, ordering of supplies for distribution and organizes distribution lists for all activities and events.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience and strong familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Other: Valid NJDL, safe driving record and vehicle availability required per DCF.
  • Fingerprinting per DCF regulations.

Competencies:

  • Computer proficiency, familiarity with Excel, Word, professional electronic record keeping portals.
  • Maintains effective communication skills, both written and verbal, using a trauma-informed approach.
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
