Site Coordinator, School-Based Youth Program

Summary: The Site Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and daily operational oversight of the School-Based Youth Program under the guidance of the Director of School Based Youth Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that staff and supervisors receive, understand and implement essential information;
  • Effectively guides and directs staff toward department and organizational goals;
  • Empowers staff through effective delegation of appropriate responsibilities and authority;
  • Sets effective goals and objectives and develops effective plans to achieve them, by foreseeing problems and program needs
  • Maintain manageable caseload of providing direct care to students referred to the program for services.
  • ● Facilitate or co-facilitate group activities, class presentations, and staff consultative trainings.

  • Exhibits critical thinking

Qualifications:

Education Master’s Degree from an accredited institution. Licensed LCSW, LSW, LPC, or LAC
