Community Support Services offers case management and assessment services to individuals with a significant mental illness. The program is designed to provide practical support and guidance, with case managers working closely with individuals to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans to help them live as independently as possible in the community. Rehabilitative skill-building helps promote long-term self-sufficiency. With a focus on community outreach and collaboration, the Community Support Services program is committed to empowering individuals and linking them to available support in the community.

Preferred Behavioral Health Group provides multiple youth and adult services to address emotional, mental, and behavioral health issues. However, some situations require different services. If you or a loved one is experiencing life-threatening danger or the immediate risk of self-harm, go to the nearest emergency room or dial 911 for immediate assistance.
