Our Bullying and Violence Prevention services go beyond simple disciplinary measures; we focus on cultivating empathy, celebrating diversity, and equipping students with the conflict resolution skills they need to navigate social challenges.
Tier 1: Universal Prevention Pre-K – Grade 12
Universal support delivered through school-wide assemblies, classroom workshops, and webinars.

Sample Service Offerings:
Elementary (K-5):
- Be The Change: Identifying bullying behavior and reacting safely.
- Conflict Resolution: Interactive sessions on healthy reactions to disagreement.
- Citizenship & Integrity: Building moral foundations and self-representation.
Middle & High School (6-12):
- Peaceful Solutions: Strategies to resolve disagreements respectfully.
- Be The Change! (Digital Safety): Workshops on online harassment and digital respect.
- Celebrating Diversity: Discussions on stereotypes and acceptance.
Adults in Education:
- Anti-Bullying Workshop: Overview of bullying forms, cyberbullying, and HIB implications.
Tier 2: Targeted Prevention Middle & High School
Targeted evidence-based small group interventions for students identified as “at-risk.”
Sample Service Offerings:
Too Good for Violence:
- Students learn to navigate social situations, build healthy relationships, resolve conflicts, and address bullying.
Safe Dates:
- Designed to modify attitudes and behaviors associated with dating abuse predictors. Explores the impact of technology and social media on teen dating. The curriculum places a strong emphasis on the need to stop dating abuse and family violence
Botvin Life Skills Training (LST):
- Uses a variety of teaching methods to prevent substance use and develop social and self-management skills. Supports the reduction of violence and other high-risk behaviors.
Tier 3: Assessment & Brief Clinical Intervention
Individualized clinical support for students involved in bullying incidents—either as the aggressor or the target.
Service Focus:
Victimization Support:
- Brief clinical interventions to process trauma for students who have been targeted.
Behavioral Assessment:
- Evaluation of students exhibiting aggressive behaviors to identify underlying causes.
Referral Management:
- Coordination with school counselors to connect families with long-term therapy.
