Our Patient-Centered Medication Management Process
Step 1:
Simple & Confidential Intake
Your journey begins with a form-based interview to gather essential information. This allows us to understand your needs and match you with the right provider.
Step 2:
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
You will meet with one of our expert Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (APNs) for a thorough, one-hour evaluation. During this session, we will:
● Review your personal and family medical and psychiatric history.
● Conduct a mental status evaluation.
● Discuss the concerns and symptoms you are experiencing.
● Provide a diagnostic impression and take the time to explain it clearly.
Step 3:
Collaborative Treatment Planning
This is where we work together. Your provider will discuss all appropriate treatment options, including medication, holistic approaches (diet, exercise, sleep), complementary therapies and neuro modulation such as: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). We provide ongoing education so you can make an informed choice about your care. If a prescription is appropriate, we will provide it along with a clear follow-up plan.
Step 4:
Ongoing Monitoring & Support
Your care plan is tailored to you, with follow-up appointments scheduled as needed (usually within four weeks).
Between visits, you’re never alone—our front desk staff is available during business hours, and a 24/7 on-call provider is always accessible for urgent needs.
Take the first step towards balance
You don’t have to navigate your mental health journey alone. Our compassionate team is here to provide the expert guidance and support you deserve. Contact us today to schedule your confidential evaluation and discover how we can help.
